Application

Grinding and machining of work pieces with a circular shape.

Design

  • double, highly efficient neodymium magnetic system,
  • robust pole plate made out of a single piece, with radial poles and epoxide resin insulation,
  • firm aluminum base with a screw-type switching mechanism enabling fluent fastening force setting,
  • prevention of self-turning off or on during tuning and machining phases,
  • maximum fastening force of up to 140 N/cm2 – depending on size of the fastener and machined components.

Typical operational course

  • turn the switch on using 10-20% of the force,
  • center the work piece,
  • turn the fastener on using 100% of the force,
  • you are machining the work piece.

Fastener attachment to a machine

  • on its bottom side, the base is embedded and contains screws to be used for an attachment on suitable flanges.
